Debt Service Ratio (DSR)

It is the percentage of your monthly income that is paid towards Personal Financing. For example, if your monthly income is RM3,000 and your monthly instalment is RM1,500, DSR is 50%.

       Net Disposable Income (NDI)

It is the remaining portion of your monthly income after paying the monthly instalment. For example, if your monthly income is RM3,000 and your monthly instalment is RM1,800, your NDI is RM1,200.

•  Financing Amount       

•  Effective Profit Rate (EPR)       

•  Monthly Income       

•  Preferred Tenure in years       

•  Payment Distribution of year          of the tenure
e.g. 1 for first year, 7 for seventh year
